     It's about my stupidity and attraction for girls, I faced a very third class situation few days ago, when I was with my girl friend datting somewhere in Guwahati. Actually she was seeing my phone book from A to Z...for any suspicious contact no, which was disturbing our relationship....I was confident enough because of my nature of saving any such kind of contact no in code language and management capacity.....But ultimately I get caught, when she called a phone no and the person, who received the call was the very girl I was flirting with!!! See now what happens.......       Friends I can't tell you the later part, after a long crying session , few days of break up, many discussions my relation with my love became normal.I love her very much, because after knowing everything she still loves me like anything!           First phase of Final Evaluation ended today in ONGC Academy ,Dehradun. Today there was a written test, didn't knew anything properly about the things being asked....there was no negative marking guys, so guess, hahahaha! Then deposited the On Job Training marks as evaluated and given to me by my controlling officer from ONGC, Sivasagar. Then gave the MDFF traning diary of Rajahmundry, Andhrapradesh; we undergone in the month of April. Then presented a power point presentation on "Well Control" by five of our GT friends, including me......Remaining activities till now are Group Discussion and Personal Interview. The On Job Training report I have prepared will have to be submitted in front of the interviewers tomorrow or day after tomorrow.         It's time for final evaluation of my GT Induction training at ONGC Academy, Dehradun. Moving to Dehradun on 4th of August for the blood sucking final evaluation, there would be written tests, presentations, personal interviews and many more tests regarding Geology, Drilling, Mechanical Maintenance,Soft Skills, Exploration and Production.  We the GT's reached Sivasagar on 4th of June, after 4 months of rigorous training at different work centers of ONGC, we have been here for these days for On Job Training. One more headache of making the On Job Training report here, we are going to complete. Man, till today I haven't opened a book or any manual they have given during training days outside. So, now my ass has burnt, and will fly to Dehradun with a hope of  successful completion of my Evaluation!!!

      Never share top secrets with anyone except yourself, sometimes it might become very dangerous. Suppose the person with whom you shared the fact, all of a sudden becomes your enemy, then he/she would use the point as an weapon to hurt you! It's my personal experience friends, never ever believe anyone blindly! Ohh God, I can't believe it!

Very very upset today.....no bank is giving me loan as I am on probation. What to do? confusions surrounding me like spider web! I have to make a way out of this problem....Responsibility is sucking my life! Let's see what I can do....!

      Today at about 9 O'clock when I was busy with my PC, suddenly felt a bulk vibration of my PC table, myself with the chair and everything. I knew that it was an Earthquake, so left everything in my flat and were getting  down  from the 4th floor shouting with the others live in the building! The vibration finished when we were on the ground seeing our living spaces! I called to my home, they also felt the same. Now  everywhere  there is flood, the rivers are overflowing due to tremendous rainfall in this part of the country, and this Earthquake is taking this thing to some higher extent!

        It's about yesterday, I was on duty; we were drilling down to the Earth's crust for our pay zone as predicted by the  geologists. The formation we were drilling were very hard, so it took about 2 hours to penetrate 9.60  meters. Then suddenly 'A Man" called me and asked me why the progress was too slow? Okay, I told him about the formation below for which the whole mast with the derrick floor was vibrating like anything and blah blah blah!!!! Then he directed to increase the RPM of the rotary table and to decrease the weight on bit, we apply for drilling; the driller in charge changed the parameters immediately and you know what happened? The giant rotary chain broke and it increased again the unproductive time of ONGC ,Assam Asset! Corporate Executive look, in my own Qtr. Actually today we had a programme, in ONGC Colony ,Sivasagar, was in the food committee, tried my level best for successful completion of the event with my team. Ohh, it was " An Evening With Young GT's of Drilling Services"; the name of the programme, nice experience to meet GT's from 2008 to 2012 and above all the senior executives.ED-Asset Manager was also there, nice to meet them and interacting with them!!

          Broken heart, mood off, everything surrounding me.....Its not about a heart due to misunderstanding with GF.But its kind of different feeling for some things, I am not doing; I should have done something but I haven't! I work for a living....for me that's not enough, want to do something related to my interest and my present life is not giving me chances or maybe I am not taking  chances; whatever, but I am just passing the days as a common man and which gives me a SUICIDAL TENDENCY! But I can't die, God sent me for some reason and I will do that, and then there would be something, I can term that as 'my work' to others!!!!

Its about my first experience of feeling the greatness of sea. During training days of ONGC we ,some friends went to Vizag (Vishakhapattanam) in weekend. At that time, according to ONGC's schedule, we were shown the activities of the company in Rajahmundry Asset, both Onshore and offshore( Kakinada). We reached Vizag from Rajahmundry by taxies in the early morning and got the rare chance of experincing sunrise over the sea water, it was mesmorising., really!!  From top, 1.my pose for a click in a beach 2. My childhood days...Mom said that I was borned in the opposite orientation, got me? May be, that's why, my thinking are opposite and sometime boring, hahahaha!!!! No issue, it happens...Anyway,I was a cute boy that time right? but that cuteness, simplicity has been changing day by day...but whatever be the fact, I love the boy in the picture, because I love myself!!!

I was drunk,yes I  remember Mechanical branch picnic to Hatisila near Chandrapur, Guwahati in my engineering, 5th semester. You know the flower bunch u see is of musterd oil plant and may be I was confused , to whom should I offer those flowers!!!! Those were very tragic days guys...I was struggling with myself to remove something comes in 4th dimension!!!

My Parents...I can forget everyone  but not them! You know why, they have got so much of pain to make me where i am today!! They can't be compared to anyone for me!          My father ,a high school teacher by profession has experienced so much of hurdle in life but still a man of josh and motivation, related with many social activities of my local area and a good public speaker!!!!         And my mom, she is a housewife, married after her class 12 standard exam and fought for getting a job to support the family  economically; but she has been a housewife till today, may be  God didn't assign her a job...but she is my best friend ever, loving and caring...i love you mom!!!

        You would be enraged, if you will be given order to do  things you don't like, you would be definitely enraged if someone misbehaves with you for no reason, you would be enraged if you don't have your private time and life to live, for some other things you do for survival; But being human keeping patience you should go ahead, there is time for everyone when everything we want happens!!! Never explain about your problems to anybody else with description, except your very very near ones; may be the person is not ready for your stupid story; So this optimization concept everywhere applicable.....live a life with much more of expectations, be positive , be optimistic...one day lady luck will smile! And never forget your parents, you know, they are the persons you can't compare with anyone....never hurt them, always be logical, be honest in your business,  dealings...you will feel a great satisfaction and which impli...

Have you ever experienced the uncomfortable situation when travelling by a bus or train a lady sits beside you? I thing more of us have experienced the type of situation i am saying about...you know sometimes some cute girl might be beside you, sometime some exotic hot( pardon for my words) girl or sometime you would not be aware of any lady when she has not any attraction, right? Now the thing is that after getting down from the bus most of the boys repent for not talking with the girl, for not having any conversation...!! You know I have also experienced the stuffs i said, but my experiences changed me and now I don't miss such kind of opportunity!!!! I think we boys should not hesitate to talk with girls because they are made for us!!!! So chill boys, enjoy!!!

        Its about a boy who in the last year on a specific date came to Sivasagar, to join in ONGC as he was selected in his college days by the company. Now the thing is, he came to the new place with a new perception of mind, what would be the job like? how would his bosses and colleagues behave n with lot more of imaginary confusions.....Ultimately the boy joined the company and he got bachelor accomodation in colony as per company regulations; at that moment he had a choice to choose one of his room partner from his batch, as one senior  was already there in the C- type flat. Now came the room cleaning and painting n electrical repairing followed by civil....everything was going in a calculated pace by the ONGC contractors as everyone knows! During the renovation, one day the boy with his college mate cum room partner went to the flat for seeing the progress of the works, at that time a lady came into the flat without pressing the cal...
